I’m a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science and a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

I am deeply inspired by the important role diet and lifestyle practices have in determining our health. I find it empowering to know that we can control our health and actively prevent many of the chronic conditions that are so prevalent these days, and I’m here to help you achieve just that.

My mission is to provide my clients with practical and effective therapies that take into consideration individual health goals and personal circumstances.

I have a particular interest in;

>Plant-based nutrition

Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or simply want to incorporate more plants in your diet, I am here to help you optimise your nutrition and learn how you can thrive on a diet rich in plants.

>Chronic disease prevention and treatment

Chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes are largely preventable with the right diet and lifestyle, yet over 60% of Australians live with at least 1 chronic condition. While prevention would be the first approach, management and even remission is certainly possible, and I am committed to helping you achieve that.

Beyond these areas of interest, I have experience in treating a wide variety of conditions from digestive issues, to thyroid dysfunction, and musculoskeletal conditions. In fact, most often clients present with a multitude of symptoms, and that is the beauty of holistic care, as it addresses the whole person, leading to resolution of many symptoms at once.

I recognise that our differences and individuality mean that what works for one person may not work for the other, and that’s okay! I take time to assess each of my clients’ unique presentation, and formulate a customised treatment plan, to ensure more effective and lasting health outcomes.

The world of nutrition and health science can be overwhelming and at times conflicting, especially with the growing spread of misinformation on social media platforms. Therefore, I place a strong emphasis on an evidence-based approach, which integrates the best available evidence, my clinical expertise, and the client’s values/unique experiences.

Knowledge is Power

I believe that everyone deserves to make informed decisions about their health, and that ultimately, the more we know about our bodies, the greater control we have over our health. Therefore, I aim to empower my clients through education, so that they feel confident in maintaining their health and wellbeing long term.
